Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy explains how BrainerX Labs handles personal data when you visit brainerxlabs.com, request a demo, or communicate with our team. Personal data we process inside customer engagements is governed by the customer's services agreement and our Data Processing Addendum, not by this policy.
Information we collect
- Details you give us. Name, company, role, email, and phone number when you request a demo, apply for a role, or write to us, plus the content of your messages.
- Technical data. Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer. We use these to keep the site secure and understand what content is useful.
- No ad trackers. This site runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, run our sales and hiring processes, provide and improve our services, and send communications you have asked for. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the business, and your consent where required. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who process it for us, such as hosting and email providers, under contracts that restrict what they can do with it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Where personal data moves across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Sales and inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
